Evernest, a national, full-service real estate and property management firm, announced today that they have acquired Virginia-based RPM Direct.The acquisition adds approximately 325 homes to Evernest’s Virginia portfolio and, along with other recent purchases, boosts the firm's overall properties managed to more than 15,000 nationwide.“Virginia has been an important single family rental market for us since a large-scale merger in July, 2022,” said Matthew Whitaker, Evernest Founder and CEO. “The RPM acquisition in Woodbridge represents an expanded footprint, services and expertise for Evernest, which will benefit our investor clients.
