Evernest Acquires Keep Property Management

Evernest, a national, full-service real estate and property management firm, announced today that they have acquired Arizona-based Keep Property Management. The acquisition adds approximately 300 homes to Evernest’s Tucson portfolio, and boosts the firm's overall properties managed to more than 14,000 nation-wide. “Tucson has been named one of Roofstock’s hottest housing markets for 2022, so we’re very excited to be a part of this growing rental home market,” said Matthew Whitaker, Evernest Founder and CEO. “We plan to integrate the Keep business on the Evernest platform from day one. This will help us continue to offer best in class property management services. We are also excited to add brokerage and renovation services to the current clients and future Tucson investors. We’d like to be a one-stop shop for the Tucson real estate investor like we are for so many of our other markets.”  “Evernest’s high standards and commitment to quality were a key consideration in selling our business,” said Keep Property Management co-owner Benton Cotter. “We are confident in their ability to offer our clients all the benefits of a large, multi-state firm along with the perks of a local, Arizona-specific team,” added co-owner Jacob Ash. Keep Property Management is the 32nd organization purchased by Evernest, and one of eight purchased within the last six months. “Our goal is to find best-in-class property management providers in select markets who are ready to exit the industry,” said Whitaker. “We take the legacy they’ve built and infuse it with our distinctive culture - which includes a boots on the ground team, in-house brokerage services, and in-house underwriting - and provide a national, world-class, property management experience for our owners and tenants.”
