About the Inc. 5000 List

The annual Inc. 5000 list celebrates the most successful and dynamic private companies in the United States. Companies that make the list are among the top 0.07% of all privately held businesses in the country, representing those with exceptional revenue growth and performance.

Evernest’s Continued Growth

“We’re honored to be included once again in such an elite group of businesses,” said Matthew Whitaker, Evernest Founder and CEO. “Our team has remained committed to excellence and innovation, even in the face of industry shifts and economic challenges. This ranking is a direct reflection of their hard work and dedication.”

Over the past year, Evernest has grown from managing 14,000 to 20,000 homes through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. The company is also investing heavily in proprietary property management software designed to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Once complete, this platform will not only power Evernest internally but also be made available to other property management companies.
