Your assigned Evernest Multifamily expert will connect you with local boots-on-the-ground resources per your preferred markets and buy-box. At this time, you will receive hand-picked deals that fit your buy box from your multifamily broker(s).
Once we identify a strong deal, you will have a follow-up call with the Evernest multifamily management team to discuss due diligence preparations and strategy. After this diligence process is complete, you, the investor, will decide on moving forward with the property and determine if you want to provide a Letter of Intent. Before you submit your Letter of Intent, we will walk you through the final pieces in the closing process.
Once your Letter of Intent is submitted, we will work hand in hand with you to handle all items before the closing date. When the property closes, our property management team will take it from there!
