Please list all animals below. All pets require Landlord approval and $300/pet fee. Breeds which are prohibited include, but are not limited to: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chow, Akita, Siberian Huskies and Malamutes. The property applying for must be marketed as allowing pets. The application may and will be revoked for failure to comply. (The only exception to this will be if proper documentation is provided for a service animal or emotional support companion)
Privacy Policy
I/We do hereby consent to and authorize the landlord and/or any representative to obtain, verify and exchange information on any reports concerning me as are maintained by, but not limited to: City, County, State, Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, Section 8 housing authorities, Credit/Reporting Agencies, collection agencies, collection attorneys or eviction attorneys, including but not limited to The Cromwell Group, Planet Synergy, Inc., Evernest, present and/or past employers, including but not limited to, present and/or past salary verification, present and/or past residences.
I/We understand that any information obtained may be considered by the landlord in accordance with the established screening criteria, as a factor in decisions they make with respect to the property for which I am applying. Deposits vary depending on quali¦cations. I hereby release and hold harmless any agencies, owners and affiliates, that shall provide information to the landlord or representative upon request, from any and all claims, demands, suits, or expenses arising from or related to the content, validity, or handling of said reports. I/We understand that Evernest does not automatically exclude rental applicants based on criminal history. Any criminal history will be evaluated in consideration of when the crime occurred, what the underlying conduct entailed, and/or what the rental applicant has done since the conviction. I am accepting the property in its “as is” condition unless otherwise stated in the “Notes” section below.
