• How does the Agent Referral Program work?

  The Evernest Agent Referral Program is ideal for agents looking to provide their clients with a trusted property management solution while maintaining the long-term relationship. Here are a few common scenarios where it makes sense to refer a client:

  • Your client is on the fence between selling/renting, and could use some professional 3rd party advice.
  • A home has been on the market for an extended time and isn't selling.
  • Your client needs immediate income and can’t wait for a sale.
  • A buyer is ready to purchase a new home but needs to rent out their current one quickly.
  • Your client is having trouble with their current PM and looking for another option.
  • You are managing some properties for clients, but want to get some more time back and focus on selling.

  When you refer a client to Evernest, we manage the property with investor-grade service and clear communication—ensuring your client is well taken care of.

• How much will I get paid?

  Earn $250 for each tenant you refer that signs a lease with Evernest. Earn $555 for each property (up to ten units*) that signs a management agreement with Evernest.

  *Earn $555 for each property that signs a management agreement with Evernest for portfolio with ten or fewer units. Referral payments for portfolios with more than ten units will be determined on a case by case basis.

• When will I get paid?

  Evernest processes referral payments weekly. You can typically expect the funds in your account by the following Monday.

  Payment for leasing referrals will be issued once the following conditions are met:

  • The resident has signed the lease
  • Security deposit is paid
  • First month’s rent is paid
  • The resident has moved in

  Payment for property management referrals will be issued once the following conditions are met:

  • The property owner has signed a management agreement
  • The property owner has completed owner onboarding requirements (including validation of utilities and property walk through)

  To ensure timely payment, please submit:

  • A completed W-9 for your brokerage (on file with Evernest)
  • A numbered invoice including the agent’s name, the owner’s name, property address, and the name of the applicant/resident
