Please read the following guidelines and let us know what type of change you desire to make. We will then provide you with a link to submit your application.

Types of Changes:

1. Roommate Addition:
   • Adding one or more residents to the current lease
   • ONLY incoming residents must submit an application
2. Roommate Removal (Mutual Release):
   • Removing one or more residents from the current lease
   • ALL remaining residents must submit an application
3. Roommate Swap:
   • Resident replacement. One or more residents are leaving and one or more residents are taking their place on the current lease
   • Incoming residents AND remaining residents must submit an application
4. Renewal
   • ALL residents must submit an application

• Please note that there will be a lease change fee of $200 to make a roommate change.
• If proper documentation to complete the verification process is not provided by one or more residents within 10 business days of our request; your application will be canceled due to non-response. If you wish to restart the process after the 10-day mark of non-response, each resident will need to re-submit an application and repay the $65 application fee per adult.
• Roommate changes will not be accepted if the current lease is set to end within the next 90 days or less. If any resident changes are desired when the lease is already within 89 days of expiration, you must first renew your lease with the current residents.
