I rented an apartment in downtown Boulder for 3 years from Evernest, and they are by far the best property management company I've rented from during a decade in Boulder.They are very good at... responding to issues quickly, and I developed a good working relationship with the point of contact person, Sylvia.I just received my itemized receipt for my deposit return, and I was very pleased to see they are taking out much less than I anticipated, with every item charged being fair and reasonable.I highly recommend this company.read more

We've had the opportunity of renting a beautiful property in a great neighborhood from Summit Property Management. Over the course of our time in the property, we've had a few maintenance related... mishaps but Summit was always on top of each issue quickly after I would reach out. We are extremely pleased with their response time and their process for managing/maintaining the property. They are great communicators and also provide very competitive rental rates for Nashville. Cory and his team at Summit management are the most professional property management team I have ever engaged. I am an out of state landlord investor and from the initial securing of a quality... tenant to providing stellar service and responsiveness to my tenants needs ensures a winning business model. Cory and his team are exceptional at Property Management. They came highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. Cory is hands on and personally responsive to any concerns or questions.... Additionally, Summit’s fee is 2% less than the industry average. During our business relationship, we were long distance land lording and Cory’s team ensured our property was properly maintained (when rented) and effectively marketed the property (when not rented). I would highly recommend Summit Property to any potential owners/investors (not local to Nashville) who are looking for a high end, responsive and effective property management company.read more

We own a one bedroom condo in downtown Franklin, TN. After our daughter graduated from college we needed to find a responsible renter. I asked a good friend how she went about renting her condo. She... immediately said that she loved Summit Property Management and that she worked closely with Cory Wilms. So we called Cory Wilms and set up an appointment to meet with him. We were impressed with his knowledge of the area and the properties surrounding it. He also helped us to get our property ready to rent but didn't suggest any unnecessary improvements. So we listed our property with Summit Property Management and Cory Wilms and never looked back. Cory Wilms, Ronnie Wilms, and Matt Wilms are a great team. We had a few issues come up with our condo and each time one of the Wilms team came to our rescue and solved the problem. We were able to get their help at anytime of day or night. They always put forth their best efforts to help us solve each issue. We also were very happy with the tenant who rented our condo. Thank you Cory Wilms, Ronnie Wilms and Matt Wilms. I have had nothing but professional, courteous and helpful assistance from the staff at Summit Property Management. I have had numerous property transactions over the past ten years that included... purchasing property and selling property as well as property management for a condo that I own at the Viridian in downtown Nashville. Cory Willms, Matt Willms, and the staff of Summit Property Management were great to work with and were quick to resolve any difficulties that arose during the transactions. I have experienced nothing in my dealings with Summit Property Management or Cory Willms and Matt Willms that would deserve anything other than a five star rating.read more

Professional is the word we would use to describe Cory Willms, Matt Willms, and Ronnie Willms at Summit Property Management. We have been working with Summit Property Management for almost 10 years... now and would never consider doing business with another property management company. Summit Property Management handles the leasing of our two homes in Temple Hills as well as our single family home off of Sneed Road in Franklin.
